The use of services provided by FameGrowth establishes agreement to all following terms. By ordering or using FameGrowth services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service of this agreement.
This is the most recent Terms of Service agreement as of January 25, 2017.
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT ALL TERMS OF SERVICE OR CONDITIONS FOR FameGrowth WEBSITE THEN PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE OR USE FameGrowth SERVICES OR ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT.
Any further changes modify and replace all former agreements.
You agree by purchasing or accepting this agreement that you are at least 14 years of age.
FameGrowth will only be used for promotional or marketing campaign purposes for your Instagram account and uploaded posts.
FameGrowth does not guarantee that your new followers will interact with your future uploaded posts, we simply guarantee you to get the followers or likes you purchase for and interaction during the process. All future uploaded posts will be ignored by our system.
The service sometimes might deliver later than the promised time frame stated on the website’s order page. This can be completely normal due to often system updates from our developers team.
Please contact our support team if your order isn’t delivered within 24 hours of your purchase and they will most likely find a quick solution for you.
Delayed delivery for your purchase does not mean you will get a full refund.
You use this service on your own risk. We are not responsible for any of the consequences that may occur to your Instagram account due to using any of FameGrowth services.
Followers you purchase might in some cases unfollow/drop. You don’t have the right to claim a refund in this case.
The systems followers provided might be inactive and ghost accounts.
We do not guarantee followers interaction at all.
Making any orders at our site is on your own risk, and we are not to be blamed for any results.
You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing a virtual product/service and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal.
Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, unauthorized transaction or chargeback we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address from our system.
By purchasing anything from this website, you agree to PayPal’s Terms of Service and state to not break any of their terms.
You will in no way copy any text or images and programming scripts used on the FameGrowth website without the written consent/approval of an FameGrowth representative.
By buying our services, you allow us to use your mail for our email marketing purposes.
FameGrowth is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram.
FameGrowth will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer after using our services. FameGrowth makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since FameGrowth uses the internet to deliver a virtual service/product therefore we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of FameGrowth.
Change of Terms:
This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by FameGrowth is required upon your continued use of our website or services.
Since FameGrowth is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for a full refund on the following reasons:
non-delivery of the product: in some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed.
product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
